2. Anchor chain inspection
1) Usually use the left and right anchors alternately.
2) Pay attention to whether the anchor chain mark is clear. If it falls off, it should be replaced in time.
3) Check whether the swivel is flexible and lubricate it in time.
3. Windlass inspection
1) Always check whether the brakes are in good condition.
2) Refuel and test drive before each use. Before using the steam windlass, the accumulated water in the cylinder should be drained, and steam should be ejected from the drain hole before running again.
3) The clutch should be refueled frequently to ensure light and flexible operation.
4) Pay attention to the wear of the sprocket teeth, worm threads, etc.
4. Chain stopper
The friction surface of the chain brake is often coated with oil, and the remaining parts should be coated with anti-rust paint. Frequently check the tightness of the base to deck connection. Use the chain abandoner to check the integrity of the handwheel protective cover, and refuel the rotating parts frequently.
